2. No illegal drugs allowed- zero tolerance.

3. Beer is allowed in moderation (captain has the right to terminate all trips because of intoxication, no refund).

4. Boat shoes, sneakers, or rubber soled shoes will be allowed on board the boat. No black soled shoes allowed. No exceptions.

8. No whole Tuna leave the boat. All fish are quartered. Boat gets 1/2 of all fish sales. Giant Blue Fin tuna will become the property of the boat for sale unless otherwise pre-arranged.

9. Mate works for tips only. Our mates are professionals and work very hard for you. Please reward the mate for his hard work. 15%-20% of charter fee is customary. He really appreciates it.

10. We believe in catch and release and tagging of game fish when appropriate.

11. If you would like to bring your own tackle it’s okay. Let us know first.

12. Don’t forget sunglasses, sun block, camera, and lunch.

13. Remember anyone can get sea sick. Even in the calmest of conditions. When in doubt, take Dramamine the night before!!

14. Winnings are divided based on mutual agreement prior to tournaments.

Number of Anglers:

The number of anglers allowed by the US Coast Guard is a maximum of 6 with a crew of 2. This limit is for our class of vessel. There is no way around this law and we will in no way break this law.

A 6 person fishing party is the maximum, but the ideal party is 4 anglers. The reason being that the limit of 1 captain and 1 mate makes it difficult for the mate to care for the needs of more than 4 anglers. An overcrowded cockpit presents many problems no matter what the size of the boat. Use your judgment when deciding how many anglers you want on your trip. The type of fishing we will be doing during the trip is the key factor.
